I bought my condo here 9 years ago and moved in permanently 3 years ago. I've never had a complaint about my neighbors, nor them about me, no bug problems, the property is kept up well, I use the pool daily and see the pool man there cleaning daily. Small gym but has all the equipment I need or want and it's never been crowded when I've been there. I walk my dog at all hours of the day and night and have never had a problem or felt unsafe in any way. I LOVE it here - the location is great, quiet community, two pools, tennis courts (which I don't use), management has been very responsive and the board is great about managing its resources; my condo fees haven't gone up since I've been here, and no special assessments even though the buildings are undergoing massive renovations (on a schedule of x number of buildings per year coming from reserve funds) I pay $230 a month association fees for that, and it's worth every penny to me! Even though I bought at almost the height of the real estate market and my condo is only worth half of what I paid for it, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!\r
