Steve came on time, unlike another repair service that we used in the past, and was very helpful, thorough, and courteous, again unlike our previous repair service. He fixed our leaking refrigerator freezer and our washer, and he investigated the problem with our oven He had to leave to buy some belts for the washer, but managed to go buy them and still do the repairs within the time window that we were given. Highly recommended.\r
