These guys are absolutely amazing! Their prices are the lowest around and their service is top notch. Their office staff was very professional in handling all my requests and the movers were just as good. I had to change my move date and inventory multiple times and my sales rep was patient with all those changes. On the day of the move, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This is the customer service you never expect from movers. The guys were extremely polite and careful, and I literally sat and did nothing while they were running up and down the stairs with my boxes and furniture. Their customer service rep called me multiple times throughout the day: in the morning to let me know the crew is on the way, in my old place to make sure the pick up was going well, and an hour after the move was complete to make sure I was happy with the movers. I sure was! Provident Moving was a great surprise and I will definitely call them next time I need to move.\r
