Review content:
I've just moved to Pittsburgh and experienced what looked like an electrical system problem with my car. I've checked online reviews for local auto-shops and thought I found a good match in this place. Called them on Monday around 1 PM, to ask when I could come by, they told me that if i were to come then it would most likely take them by the end of the day to get to my car, but offered to give me an appointment for Wednesday at 8 am, when they could check my problem right away. I agreed, woke up at 7 am on a vacation day, in order to be there at 8. Got there, the guy at the front desk told me that I was not on the day's schedule, and he could not remember talking to me, because he talks ""to 40 people every day"". He sighed a lot during our conversation, first at my non-Anglo-American sounding name, even though it is just 4 (four) letters long; then many times while i was describing him the problem, as i wasn't using the right, ""professional"" words; then he told me he couldn't introduce my data ""in the system"" if i couldn't remember my zip code -as I couldn't (again, just moved for a few days, trying my best to adjust). And then, at the end of a long, unproductive talk (and many, many sighs), he told me that they would check my car at the end of the day (""See all those cars?"" -showing me what i presume were the employees' cars-, ""they all came before you, and will need to be seen before you.""). Of course I left. Thanks for nothing, ""Baum Boulevard Automotive""! i guess you have plenty of customers, and don't need my business. I'll take it somewhere else.
