Sad, but I can't stick with them any more...\r
\r
Since the move, we have tried to use the new store - but only once. When we got to the front door, it said - use main entrance. I walked towards the open door to the right and asked the slack-jawed yokel that appeared to be working on a lawnmower if this was the main entrance. He shrugged and said something, I don't know what. I asked if this was the way in, and he shook his head(thank goodness for the ability to communicate without trying to use one's mouth!). Two doors down, and no way in so far...\r
This really infuriated me, so I drove to Lowes - it took an extra hour, but I got that piece of PVC...\r

Sorry GM, it was fun while it lasted(your customer service, that is). The extra long drive was WELL worth the lack of aggravation, even if just to get inside the building! And they were wondering before the move why people were going to Walmart - it wasn't just the prices. \r
I give them 6 months at the new location...
