How many times can a place get your order incorrect? At Simon Eye Associates, try twice! I was to receive a call from them to correct the second problem, but they never called back. Perhaps it is because the lenses were at a reduced price through a vision care plan, and I was not a high paying client? Do they realize that people drop glasses, need a second pair, may need an eye doctor for a problem, or may actually recommend them to friends and neighbors if they do a good job? Obviously, they are missing the big picture. \r \r The other issue I have with them is that I have purchased glasses elsewhere, and have had great customer service. The other places have spent about 10 minutes on the average fitting the glasses to my face. With Simon Eye Associates, they took about 2 minutes. \r \r I guess I will have to look elsewhere for a provider for future glasses. And, hey, I actually did need a new doctor! Dr. Simon and Associates certainly aren't on my short list of doctors. Pros: Large selection of frames Cons: Very poor customer service
