Review content:
Well, hmmmm. Having just read the review written by a disgruntled tightwad of sorts against University Park Audi and Chuck Austein, I felt compelled to share a more favorable and accurate review. I have known Chuck Austein on a personal level now for more than 20 years, back in the days when he sold Porche's on LBJ Freeway. Aside from the fact that we are friends, I know him on a professional level and have purchased more than 10 cars from him at multiple dealerships along the way, spanning a 22-year period of time that I have known the man. I have known him to be NOTHING other than kind, professional, respectful, and accommodating in his approach to selling cars, and his personal character is of the highest quality. Simply put, Chuck possesses the highest moral fiber and boasts more than his share of integrity in a field that otherwise has a reputation in the public's eye as being ""sleazy"". He has always gone out of his way to make my interactions with the purchase of a car, whether directly through him or his employees, a more than pleasureable experience. I would not buy a car from anyone else, anytime and I would trust him implicitly with any one of my four children !!! Does this sound like the same man as described by the previous writer? He clearly is a hot-head who has a skewed version of the truth .... you know the type - never happy with anything anyway. In any event, Chuck Austein and University Audi have my utmost respect and sell cars honestly and openly. They are wrongly being held hostage by the inaccurate and misguided posting which couldn't be further from the truth, and I had to offer my this rebuttal. I am hoping that everyone who reads this will at LEAST take pause to consider a more accurate truth from a person who has a long-standing relationship. I would suggest that the disgruntled hot-head had nothing better to do on that day. Kate in Allen.
Pros: Only good things to say!
