University Park Audi doesn’t let you walk away upset or feeling bad about the money you just spent on service. You recognize the hard work the service guys are putting in to help explain the quality of work that’s put in to your car to make it right: as opposed to a quick fix where you will have to turn around and bring the car back again. The service is prompt as well. They get you in and out with a loaner so you can get back to work. They constantly call you to keep you informed about what is being done to your car and what you approve on being done. You don’t wait around for a couple days waiting on someone to call you to tell you that your car just been sitting in a lot and hasn’t been looked at. I love how they also wash and detail your car upon return to you. It makes you feel good to step in to a new smelling car when you drive off.
