OMG THIS MAN IS A CROOK! $11,500 to fix a Nissan Z with front driver side damage......he took $1600 from my friend up front to get ""started"" and then took the $11,500 from the insurance company. He kept the car for 4 MONTHS! She just got it back and it is horrible! There are scratches on the rear that weren't there before, the hood does not fit correctly, there is a raised area in the ""new"" fender, the grill is not the same type, he broke or cut the plastic housing over the seat belt he ""replaced"" (which was not even a seat belt from a z and it was driver side so it is backwards and the buckle is in the inside) and the airbag.......OMG it is a redneck job for sure! The leather on the dashboard is not even tucked inside the airbag panel, who knows if there is even an airbag in it! The airbag light is still flashing! Then when my friend would call to ask about it I COULD HEAR HIM YELLING AT HER! He even blamed a previous worker for ""stealing her parts"" Seriously! Russ Sloan is the most despicable business man I have ever known of, if that is what you want to call him! He even stole the ""Z"" key chain that that her husband had given her as a gift! My friend saved for YEARS to buy that car and almost lost her mind when the accident happened, then I saw her have more anxiety attacks in the last 4 months than I have ever encountered from anyone in a lifetime! I am trying to convince her to sue him, he needs to be held accountable for what he has done to her before he does it again to someone else!
