You have an advertisement online for first month's rent free - we asked about it when we called to reserve a unit and the manager on duty told us we couldn't get that promotion because there weren't enough units available. If you have an advertisement ANYWHERE online, in store, etc. and there is no end date, you should have to give that price to the customer. The manager would not give us the special. Only because we were in a bind and needed a unit and public storage didnt have the size we needed available, we stayed with istorage. If you are not going to give the customer the special you have advertised, then please take it down. (it is still up now)
