My husband and I built our house 20 years ago and got burned very badly. Needless to say, we trust no one. So, we decided to put in a new AC system and I called this company with no intention of ever using them. Just wanted a fourth comparison estimate and information. \r
Eric came to our house ON TIME and I told my husband I liked him. His response was ""You liked the contractor that ripped us off twenty years ago."" Well, true enough, until I didn't.\r
So, to make a long story short, I researched the heck out of this company and told him that if he ripped us off, I would take serious action as I got the last contractor thrown in the slammer and that was no easy task.\r
Eric always told us the truth, he never tried selling us a bill of goods, and he delivered 10 fold what he said with politeness, great crew, and great people at the office who now have an offer to come up to our place whenever they want for drinks or a meal.\r
I LOVE this company and it makes me angry to see these bogus reviews from people that never used them. I highly recommend them. They were honest, never made me wait even a minute, were clean, polite and gave me a great deal with a thermostat thrown in for good measure.\r
I hope they NEVER go out of business because I will always go back to them and will recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank You Season Control for delivering every promise you made. By the way, the AC works like a charm.
