Review content:
I was having problems with the air conditioners on both of my cars. The Corolla I let Same Day Auto repair and they did an excellent job. The Nisan I had them diagnose the problem and chose to take it to a friend, who had just been laid off from another shop, he was starting his own business and needed some work. I told my friend what the diagnoses was and he ordered the parts (non-returnable) and put it in, oops, the diagnoses was wrong, it turned out to be a different part that was causing the failure. Later I talked to TJ personally and told him about what had happened so he could use this experience for a learning opportunity. In hind sight he realized that a mistake was made in the diagnosis by his mechanic and insisted that he was going to pay for all of the extra cost (the non-returnable part and labor) that I had had done by the other mechanic. This cost TJ over $600. For work that his shop didn't actually do! Show me a dealer that would do this!
