i just purchased a house in concord and i have been to different store. They were either too rude or they did not have enough patience to give me the information i needed to buy what will make me happy. i stopped by the Floor store in concord and i have been helped by Susan who took the time to answer every question and explained to me the difference between laminate and wood , the advantage of having tile in my bath rooms vs wood. i took samples and came back two days later. Susan was off that day but Stephanie helped me. after about half an hour i made my final decision. they came & measure within 24 hours. Susan called me with the estimate and i did not have to go back i made my purchase over the phone. the material was in stock i didn't have to wait. the installation manager called me to schedule the installation at my convenience. the installers did a wonderful job. they were polite, on time and they worked very hard. at the end of the installation they asked me to inspect the job to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. it was over my expectations. the day after, the regional manager called me to ask me if i was satisfied with the customer service and the installation. my answer was: i will tell all my friends and family about this amazing experience i had at the floor store. I highly recommend the floor store. Great customer service, good pricing and great installers.
