Review content:
The staff including the office manager and Doctor were very rude. I made an appointment for Color Contacts. When I arrived, I verified that I could get color contacts and talked to the Doctor about them as well. After the Doctor performed the exam, he refused He refused to give me my prescription for color and handed me one for clear. I refused to take it. As I was leaving, the office manager came running out screaming Sir, Sir, you have to pay for the exam. I told her the story and she rudely said I know the story but you have to pay. I refused and she has billed me for it. I turned them into the BBB and they stated they had several complaints. Verrrrrrry Rude. I went to Vision Center at Walmart and had no problem getting my prescription for colored contacts.....and they were much cheaper and very nice! When I was in the parking lot, I talked to a woman who heard everything and said this was her third time coming back for her eye glass prescriptions and they have been very rude to her as well.
