horrible! It's nothing against the teachers or assistants but the owner/director of the facilities is just pure evil! She yells back at parents and instigates fights, loses payments and lies about never depositing them and attempts adding days of care to bills in hopes parents never see. Do not send your kids here, there are so many other much much better care givers, and better examples of people to teach your children. O she also goes and writes her own good reviews for her business on web pages (usually under Nancy M. or Mueller
