I had been going to my previous dentist for 13 years, and was very satisfied. When I went with my wife to her appt. with Dr. Lohmann, I was immediately impressed by Rebecca's warm reception. I had several questions, and although she was busy, she took the time and answered them all. My major complaint with my previous dentist is that I was always blindsided by cost that my insurance provider did not cover. Wendy, Dr. Lohmann's insurance specialist makes sure that doesn't happen. I've never seen anyone so thorough. She even helped me figure out a plan to maximize my insurance benefits. April, the hygenist, was great, and Dr. Lohmann completely understood and complied with my holistic concerns regarding removing old silver/mercury fillings and cosmetics.
Pros: Great bedside manner!
Cons: No drawbacks.
