I'm on the fence with this office. Up until the end I had a pleasant experience. The front desk girls were very helpful and addressed all my questions. They were even able to work me in when the schedule was full. I was pulled back by the hygienist right away and didn't have to wait long. I was greeted by everyone I passed. The hygienist was extremely nice. She was gentle and explained everything very thoroughly - she even showed me pictures of the teeth that needed fillings so I could see them. She was very personable and listened to my concerns. Dr. Lohmann was also very tentative and reviewed everything with me again. He seemed to be concerned about my teeth not my pocketbook. After he talked to me about the work that needed to be done he explained that his office manager was going to go over the rest of the details - this is when it went all down hill. When she entered the room she reeked of SMOKE! It was overwhelming and the smoke smelled filled up the entire office. This is a medical environment. I'm surprised Dr. Lohmann would hire staff that didn't represent a healthy lifestyle, or at least not let them smell of the evidence. She was very fake and didn't listen to a word I was saying . She just smiled and shook her head pretending to care, but I felt like she only cared about the bottom line - my money. I felt offended and unappreciated. She seemed desperate. I left undecided whether or not I would be returning. It's a shame because the rest of my experience was great. The location was good and they had flexible hours, just wish I had left with a better last impression.
Pros: Great hygienist!!!
