As a 78 year old woman, completing household chores can quickly become physically exhausting, especially when the chores require going up and down multiple flights of stairs each day. One day while coming up the stairs from finishing up laundry I noticed redness and swelling in one of my feet. I also noticed the swelling radiating into my big toe. I quickly asked a neighbor of mine for advice, and she referred me to a local podiatrist, Dr. Radovic. After my first visit Dr. Radovic was able to diagnose me with gout and then prescribed the proper medications and gave me the thorough treatment I needed to completely rid the condition.\r
