Review content:
Hired them for a house move in June they were 5 hrs late to arrive. The driver was 'tired' so instead of doing his supervising job, he decided on a two hour nap. After awaking, he decided the truck was packed wrong, and had it emptied and reloaded. All this extra work and tardiness caused a penalty of $200 because we weren't out of the house on time. After storing our belongings for 2 days, they again arrived late (2hrs). All the guys complained about the heat (it's AZ). A pin is missing from a fold down table and a bracket was broken on a dresser mirror. Neither one was fixed or replaced. We asked for a $300 credit for their lateness and extra hours of re packing. No response other than an initial $50 refund offer before any of our problems were reported. No response sine then. It's now 3 months later. WORST movers anyone could hire. Their good reviews must be ones they post about themselves.
