Okay, so here I am pulling out of TJMaxx at 6:50 PM on Friday night when my engine light and my EPC light both come on. Yikes! I am from out of town visiting for the weekend with my wife and two small children. I remembered Southern States VW, where my wife used to get her oil changed. I showed at the service door, with no appointment, shortly before 8 AM and met ""Little Ronnie"". My experience was superior. From the moment I showed up to the moment I left, I felt like I was taken care of like a family member. In only two hours, they had diagnosed and replaced the defective part on my 2012 VW CC. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks for helping me out in a tough situation!
