I am proud to call the Villas Tech Ridge my new apartment home for the past six months. My husband and I visited over a half dozen of apartments prior to selecting The Villas. Believe me when I say, we did our research on each property (down to the littlest detail). One of the deciding factors in choosing The Villas was the warm hospitality that was shown by the managagement staff (James/Grema) during multiple visits prior to making our final decision. Six months later, I can still say that the management staff ""Roc"" (Kudos Dorothee for a rainy but fun movie night)! \r

Maintenance staff: Three words sums it all - prompt, efficient and courteous(thank you James)\r

Parking: all I can say is that parking rules, restrictions, compliance and enforcements are in place for a reason (if you don't comply, be prepared to accept the consequences). \r

*****If you are looking for just a ""roof over your head"" The Villas is not the place for you; but if you are looking for a fun, friendly and diverse living community to call ""home"" , your search is over, welcome to The Villas at Tech Ridge! \r
