Would NOT recommend University Crescent. Carpet and blinds were damaged/stained when my son moved in, and was noted on the move-in form, but we were billed 182.00 after he moved out for charges related to replacing blinds, cleaning carpet, taking out garbage (that was left behind by roommates after my son moved out). If you disagree with any of the charges, you have to send an official notice of dispute in writing, and there is no expectation that any of the charges will be amended. So glad he is living somewhere else this year!
