Review content:
This is for Kim. I admire you as a business person. Your shop is wonderful for natural hair, and any client can tell that you want the best for them. Although I do believe that one of your stylist should use cordiality when explaining why SHE does not want or cannot perform a certain service to a client's hair. Maybe more training is needed on her part, but she should not become upset at the client for requesting certain services to be done to their hair. In other words, everything that I wanted on my hair by your salon was done at another natural salon and the entire staff had all smiles, offering clients water and snacks as we briefly waited for service. This stylist should realize that competition is great; everyone wants to get paid. What service cannot be performed at one salon can be performed at another with knowledge and patience. \r

Deeply Rooted is a very good salon with a very good owner/operator. Next time Kim, I want a different stylist for my hair, one without attitude.
