Taking my family to TGI Friday""s after being told that the Red Lobster across the street had a 45 minute wait, was with out a doubt the worse decision decision that I have ever made. The service was horrible, our waiter forgot to bring my wife's soup, never asked if we wanted desert, and just brought the check without asking if we were done. When I took my four year old daughter to the bathroom we could hardly stand on the slippery urine soaked floors. When I asked to speak to a manager a phony attempt was made to page one, and I was offered assistance by an inept flunky who nervously told me that he was the manager. The whole experience was a nightmare!
