Puchased a used bike. A 2003 Honda Goldwing with 42K miles on it. Have never had a Goldwing before. Salesperson was very nice assured me this bike was in good working condition. It was sold to a fair marketprice. I asked if the bike had any defects and he assured me it didn't. He told me how every bike including this one gets in the service shop for a inspection and a tune up before they are put out in the showroom. \r So, I purchased the bike and thought all was good. Upon purchase the bike was once again brought in to service for a final checkup. What a Hoax! The bike had a numerous of defects. The most serious defects was a VERY NOISY final drive. And The rear chock preload system didn't work. They estimated repairs to over $3000.00 haha what a joke.\r Furthermore, The radio didn't respond properly, couldn't preprogram radiochannels. The electrical headlight adjuster didn't work. A sticking windscreen that was hard to adjust. The salesperson lied greatly about this bikes condition. \r Upon final sale and contract signing I was offered to buy a warranty package on this bike. However, if I declined, I had to sign a paper saying I didn't want to buy a extended warranty on this bike. \r I had by that also sworn these cheez puffs free from any responsibilities IF it turns out the bike DO HAVE serious DEFECTS after all. That is a tricky miss leading way of doing business. I contacted the sales manager. He was a real sleazy one last thing he said was you better leave. You start to irritate me. I left. I really didn't want to go there. haha. Don't buy anything from this establishment. Moral and ethics is not present. These people have no pride. No dignity. Cons: Very bad custom service
