HORRIBLE! Stay away!!!\r
3 reasons: 1) Rich, pulled a 'Bait and switch"".. He quoted me $90-$140 to clean my couch which had absolutely no stains and only needed to be clean and sanitized. It was described to him to the tee; size, fabric type, etc.. His technician arrived and handed me a $250 quote. I immediately called Rich who denied that he ever gave me that low of a quote. Claimed the couch was ""bigger"" than I described. (I guess him and I use different kind of tape measures?) I was in a bind and needed the couch cleaned immediately, so I reluctantly settled at $220.\r

2)The condition and odor of the couch, which was a faint must smell, was left in no better condition than before they cleaned it.\r

3) Their services were performed on 12/12/12.... on 8/7/13 I received a notification from my bank that a debit of $220 from Service Pros over drafted my checking account. I contacted Rich, who informed me that they are using a new billing system and it is very ""sensitive"" and if someones payment was declined, it resubmits it. That was NOT the case! I told him I would fax my bank statement to prove they received their payment in December of 2012, which he then assured me was not necessary and that he believed me. Oh, what a relieeffff, psh. He claimed to be out of his office at the time and would immediately look into it when he returned and would get back to me ASAP. He also told me it was take 24hr for the refund to appear on my bank statement. \r
48 hours later, still no refund in site. I called 4 times with no answer and left a voice mail. It wasn't until i called from my office number 5 hours later that Rich finally answered. Slightly shocked and stumbling over his words, he informed me he was not in his office once again and that the refunds could take up to 48 hours or more to process. He promised to call me back in 40 mins..... Well i'm sure you can decide for yourself if he actually called or not.\r

This business is a joke. Rich is a horrible business man and a crook. Please use someone else!
