I want my money back. This is a warning do not used her and thank GOD she is disbarred. In my 2007 divorce case, she through me under the bus. I went to jail for contempt of court for back child support which she promise that she would take care of this issue for me. I was not working and she told me if I gave her $3,000.00 dollars she would represent me and every thing would be ok. I borrowed and later got a job to pay people back that loan me the money at a Marriott Hotel at $8.75 an hour. I sold my car to pay her. Joan Davis would not show up at court and was not prepared. Because of her, I cannot even take my daughter on vacation. I look like an idiot in court with Joan Davis as my lawyer. The Supreme Court of Georgia needs to review all of cases and make it right. Judge Osborne needs to make it right. He knew she was dishonest and not of legal character. My divorce was on January 16th, 2007. I regret meeting her to this day and she call herself a CHRISTIAN, ""REALLY'. Men stay away from her at all cost. I regret meeting her. Give me my money back, you creep. Your mis-representation has hurt so many people, especially my father-daughter relationship. You are a horrible person. The facts and your actions and your lack of professional conduct speaks for themselves. Thank GOD that the citizen of COBB county did not elect you. Give me my money back. I do forgive you but I want my money back. Please, Do not trust her. She is a liar and a cheat. Look at her record. MEN stay away. Give me my money back. JOAN DAVIS is not an ATTORNEY. HOORAY. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, $3,000.00
