You people are really something you know that. I had my 02 Mustang in your shop for months working on things that were covered under warranty. Today I get the car back and it sounds 10 times worse then when I brought it in. I had a very slight exhaust leak when I brought it in, and when i got it back it sounded like a freaking lawn mower! then they tell me well the exhaust is rotted and it was not there fault. that's complete BS because when i took it in it was fine, but when i got it back it sounds terrible like that, NOT ONLY THAT when i was driving away after paying for this terrible job even before i get out of the ford dealership i hear a loud CRACK and then boom my car sounds a lot louder like it didnt even have a exhaust system. I took it back immediately and your tech Kal told me that the exhaust was going to blow the cat converter and the manifold anyway (really because when i brought it in it was just fine) this is just crazy! I mean i took it to Ford because i thought they would know how to fix a Mustang properly but after this and your techs saying that they don't cover it when it is CLEARLY there faulty is complete and total BULL. I'm VERY VERY displeased with your service what kind of crap is this, as soon as the car is ""fixed"" it breaks even worse. The car is now illegal to drive because its so loud and you people aren't going to fix it even if your the problem in the first place. I bought my car from ford only a year ago and it had no problems and this happens as soon as i get it repaired. I bought a mustang because everyone seemed amazing and you seemed to have amazing customer service but now this happens. IF this is how your treat your customers, by lying to there face, then i might as well go to Chevy or Dodge. Ill also be posting this everywhere and ill be telling everyone how terrible your service actually was. I care about my car a lot and now im going to have to spend more money on repairs that shouldn't even have to be repaired. \r
