Review content:
While this store is definitely unique, its customer service is terrible. When my family and I went there, the girl behind the counter yelled at my boys and they weren't doing anything wrong. They were very excited to see this store and headed straight for the upstairs part. Apparently, excitement isn't allowed at Thinker Toys. \r
My husband was also followed by an employee everywhere he went. It was like they suspected him of shoplifting. \r
They have two signs up at the counter when you go pay for your purchases. One says ""complaints should have been filed yesterday."" The other one says something about how 10% will be added to your bill if you are rude. I understand some of those things can be funny, but when your employees are already grouchy and suspect their customers of theft, those signs are just plain rude. It's a toy store, people, lighten up!!\r
So, needless to say, we will never set foot in Thinker Toys again. You can find the same things on ebay or amazon without having to deal with unfriendly employees.
