Review content:
Tyndall Furniture has provided me with the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a furniture store. The problem bordered on fraud and their refusal to deal with it made it even worse. I ordered a Lane reclining chair. I was given a small fabric sample to look at in a book and was told the electronic version of the fabric on the chair was not available on line. The pattern was a stripe. I have never known stripes not to match from back to seat or down the sides. I took numerous photos and showed them that the chair looked like a patchwork quilt with no matching fabric lines. It looked like it had been upholstered in scraps. Their answer....""sometimes they match fabric patterns and sometimes they don't"". Lane representative said that ""they don't re-cover anything"". The customer service representative, Greg, did not have the decency to call me. He told the sales clerk to tell me they wouldn't do anything about it. I am stuck with an absolute mess of a chair that I do not want. Disgusted!
