First of all these people show you apartments that are VERY clean.All I had to do was move in without having to clean someone elses mess. Everything works and is in very good condition when you move in.If something goes wrong they are always a phone call away.They call you back right away. They do their best too accommodate their tenants They don't blow you off if you need something. Their apartments were the BEST I saw when I was looking around BY FAR for the price. Their prices are very reasonable. Most have heat included and you have your own thermostadt. They don't try to rip you off and charge you too much. The people in the office are real human and very nice to deal with. They never make you feel like your just a number. I only moved because I bought a house of my own.I lived in one of their apartments for 5 years. Would I rent from them again? Of course! I'd send them family members.\r
