I couldn't agree with more with the first reviewer. This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had and I feel pity for anyone going there in the future.
- They are misleading about insurance, and payment.
- Deceptive about treatments
- Grossly overpriced
- Rude and despicable treatment by receptionist and staff
- Uncommunicative and vindictive
Please at all costs avoid the misery of visitng this practice. Chicago has too many reputable, courteous and caring dentists to waste your time on this poor excuse for a dental practice.
