I just moved into this place and it has been a series of terrible incidences FROM DAY ONE!! Yes they are very manipulative and conniving in their approach to ""get you in"" and I too was a victim of the ""sign the lease before you see your apartment"" game as well. I ended up having to accept an apartment, of which was totally different from the one I saw on the ""tour"" next to some very ratched neighbors whom left their doors unlocked so their many ""friends"" could come in & out whenever they pleased, the male of the house got angry & broke the glass on the door leaving glass EVERYWHERE! One month later, it still sits & I am left stepping over it every time I come out of my apartment. The water never stays hot for long in both bathrooms & I saw a few un-welcome little creatures running around my kitchen. There are little kids and even grown men ringing my doorbell and asking to take my trash out for money; & on top of this another neighbor freaked me out by strangely gesturing that I bring him in my apartment... WHAT?? I ran into the house and have not been out since. I am concerned for my safety, highly uncomfortable, irritated and upset at myself for moving here!! I am so ready to break this lease and I haven't even been here a full month! The leasing office Manager stated that she wants to be ""hands off"" from here on and gave me the number to the ""corporate office"" of which I will be calling very soon! I WILL NOT SUGGEST MOVING HERE TO ANYONE!!!
