I've been going to this group for a few years now, and after this last time, it will be my last. When you are in the waiting room, staff will come in and out, and no one says hello. The lady at the front desk was nice, though.
Everything was finished, and now came time to fill my prescription. On october 6, I sent out a request. A week later when I get back from my vacation on the 13th, I notice it said ""doctor did not provide new prescription"". So I call the office and whatever nurse is on the line is very rude, calls me sweetie and says she already put the request in and she doesn't know how long it takes for it to show up. again, Ive done this many times before without a problem. So I try and go to my local pharmacy to fill the prescription because I had no medication. It, too is still in delay mode as of today the 19th. This is not normal and I hope someone from the office reads this and changes the way they do things. Its like theyre too busy now to care. they didnt use to be this way.
Im sick of it and disgusted that they just. dont. care.
