I made an appointment for a repair estimate and drove 1 hour from the other side of town to be there. DeKalb Roofing never showed up or bothered calling. However, I did notice a red truck that stopped and backed out of the driveway without getting out (well after the scheduled appointment time). I had to call THEM to ask WHY nobody showed up for the scheduled appointment or bothered to call. It turns out that the red truck was them and they said that they would not do work to the house because it was too big. REALLY??? If they would have bothered to pull up to the house and get out of the truck, I would have showed them the part of the roof that needed repair. It was not steep and not high up. He said that they only do work on one story ranch homes. WHY didn't anyone bother calling me to let me know this? AND WHY didn't the appointment scheduler inform me that you only do work on single story ranch homes??? VERY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
