Review content:
The staff is incredibly rude, as is the Vet. Dr. Adcock was very, very rough with my 14 year old Pom, grabbing her around the neck to examine her. Even worse, when i moved out of state and she needed her heart med refilled, they refused to release the prescription to a pet pharmacy and insisited i only order from them. The problem is, when i looked at their prices, they only sell whole bottles of the meds, which is very expensive and the vet tech on the phone told me outright that he was far too busy to walk me through the website. Their cheap prices are the only reason anyone goes to them.
