\r My wife and I were very pleased and happy with our apartment when we first moved in. The last month of our lease, we notifed the management that our dryer was not operating. It's now July 26th, we move out in two days and it is still not fixed. My wife had talked to management several times about it and we were promised several times it would be fixed on a certain date. Needless to say that never happened. Either no one showed up or they said they needed to order a part. We were then told we could use the dryer in a vacant apartment... Really? How about they take that dryer out and put it in a rented apartment!? I finally spoke with Andy today, (who corrected me when I told we had been waiting a month to get this fixed, ""actually, it hasn't been quite a month..""). He informed me the best he could do was get it fixed on the 29th...\r \r Do not rent from them. Do not waste money on them. Don't bother unless you want countless headaches dealing with incompetent management.\r \r Also, the rent goes up CONSIDERABLY at the end of the six month lease.\r \r
