Even though Scott had certified me a million years ago, he obviously made a big impression because he was the first person I thought of when my boss called me into his office to ask about scuba courses. My boss had a big Hawaii trip scheduled this last year and needed to get his kids certified before they left. Scott was great about making time for them and rushing them through the certification as quickly as he could so that they could finish their certification/do their open water dive on their Hawaii trip! Scott was a job saver with the small amount of time my boss allotted me to get his kids certified! He has always been really responsive to my scheduling needs as well as any questions or concerns that my boss had. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else who wants to look into scuba.
