Review content:
I planned a last minute vacation to Cozumel, and finally wanted to get certified. Because I live in San Jose, I called a local shop, and they said I did not have enough time because it takes the books a while to get there, and I wouldn't have enough time to study.\r
\r
That is how I found Bay Area Scuba, from an online Google search.\r
\r
I called Scott and he was extremely responsive. He said no problem, check my email and I will have a link to do online classes, and then the next weekend I can do my pool classes. I spent a few days completing my online class and then showed up for my pool classes, review and test. George was my instructor for the pool. Scott and George were awesome! George was especially helpful in the pool. He really took his time to make sure you were ready for open water diving.\r
\r
I went to Cozumel to do my open Dive at Blue Angel Resort. My open dives were complete and referral paperwork signed.\r
\r
I returned home and visited Scott the next week to complete my paperwork to get certified. We were done immediately, and I had the application and passport photos mailed that day.\r
\r
Bottom line is, Scott is professional, knows his stuff! If you want to get certified in Scuba, (or even firearmes) I definitely recommend Bay Area Scuba!
