Review content:
We hired HandyAndy at the end of April 2012 to do some repair work on our home that we just purchased. We paid his firm $3,000 in the anticipation of doing a certain amount of work, but only initially received approximately $2,700 worth of services. Within the $2,700 of services, not everything was complete and we asked them to come back out and repair the light that was not fixed properly and look at the roof (one of the items they repaired). Over the past 15 months, we have asked on MANY occasions (phone, text, e-mail) for them to come back out or give us the $300 for services not provided and all we have received are empty promises, or no response. To try and get the $300 credit we have with him, we asked him about doing electrical work about 5 months ago. He said he would be able to come out the following week. But, after sending 4 emails over 2-3 weeks to ask when he is coming, he never responded. So, I got someone else to do the work. And I finally had to get someone else to fix the light that was not fixed properly by his firm. I have tried going through the real estate agent that recommended him to me. He will talk to her, but he will not contact me. DO NOT USE HandyAndy as he will not respond to you.
