Mel and Jay Property Management has been a general headache relief for me. They really know their stuff and have a straightforward attitude with their tenants. They don’t beat around the bush like other companies do, and they have always gotten back to me in a timely manner. I can remember one instance where I was having problems with my AC unit, and the techs weren’t responding as fast as they’d like. They got on the phone with them and made sure my appointment was kept. They really do care about their tenants and want them to be happy living in their properties. Because as I’m sure you know, happy tenants means better living for everyone.
