Businiess name:  Budget Towing

Review content:
This establishment goes beyond reasonable fees; I would say they gouge customers unfairly. As an example, a while back my son was in a car accident which totaled his car in Canton. The car was towed and stored for 3 days. When we went to take care of it, they charged him $125, but then when we turned over the title to the car, they paid him $300 for the car parts and took care of everything. Now for the Budget story (wrong name for this establishment). My daughter was car jacked and the thieves crashed the car, totaling it, when the police found the car and had it towed to Budget, they (Budget) charged my daughter $475 for it being there less than 24 hours, and then when she turned over the title, they took $100 off and acted like they were doing her a favor. I don't think they're even supposed to charge anyone who is the victim of a crime. If you're smart, avoid Budget Towing at all costs, they're experts at ripping people off.
