BE WARNED!!!! My wife came in for a simple cleaning, and after this dentist (will not call him Dr) upsold her on some “preventative” work, he completely botched the job he was supposed to do and now we are having to pay out of pocket thousands for more work to fix it. Bottom line dentist, her teeth didnt hurt when she came to you for a cleaning, and now she cant even chew her food on one side of her mouth. She even went back a second and third time after she had to wait a week while he was on vacation, and he’s still done nothing to make it better. Yes dentist, you gave her a refund from your “work”, but that’s expected in the real world. You didn’t do your job, so you don’t get paid. Let me be clear, that wasn’t a gift from you, its how the real world works. So yes we got back the money from your terrible work, however we are still stuck with paying thousands more from what you’ve done. If you think you’re possibly going to hit my wife’s nerve and force the need for a root canal, don’t you think it’s a good idea to ask her if she would like to take that chance at a better time? Especially because her teeth didn’t hurt at all, she was only in for routine cleaning. If someone is going to end up having to come out of pocket thousands of dollars, don’t you think it’s a good idea to ask them if it’s a good time for that??!! All you cared about was your upsell, and Im going to make sure that everyone knows what you’re doing over there.
