Review content:
Worst place to rent from in Lawton. While the women who run the front desk are nice, Sundance as a whole is the epitome of greed. After the first couple of months living at our house, we had roaches, spiders, a squirrel, and mice. There were cracks in the walls. When things needed to be fixed, it took maintenance forever to show up, if they showed up at all, and when they did they would hardly fix the problem. Once our water was wrongfully shut off, twice in two days, and they lied about the reason it happened. They told me the city was working on it, when I called the city they told us no one was working on that side of town. When our son was first born, our stove broke down, and they wanted us to wait a month for the part to come in. Our vendor had to twist their arm to get us a new one instead. They are ridiculous, and think they can get away with their shoddy service and homes because this is a military town and many of the men and women moving here are in a hurry to find someplace to stay.\r

Sundance over charges, and doesn't listen to complaints. NEVER rent from these people.
