I went to this Dentistry place and I got roobed of my money and for someone who never has written a review, I was so mad that I had to resort to this to make sure this place gets its fair share of loss. \r
Basically I went to this place and they act all nice and courteous which is so misleading since on the inside they are a bunch of crooks. I told them upfront that I have come there just for a routine dental exam which means I dont want to pay anything since I have a free routine exam. They were aware what I wanted since I explicitly told them I am not paying anything and I have just come for the routine exam which is free of cost on my insurance plan. I went inside and they did some stupid check up on my teeth and then started to clean up the plague(which is covered on the routine exam). Then since I told them I have never had plague cleaned up before, they took the opportunity to use the plague clean up as a case to charge me for different services. So basically this Dentist Assitant cleans upthe plague in some 10 minutes(and she had quoted that I had lot of plague build up and cleans it up in 10 mintues-Its all crap) and only the lower bottom of my teeth and tells me to come tomorrow for the remainder clean up. All this I am unaware is going to be charged to me. So when I am heading out this Bitch Receptionist Lady called TRACY who needs to be punched on her face tells me that I had lot of plague build up(which is utter rubbish since they took only 10 minutes to clean up my bottom half teeth) so they have charged me for a service and I would pay approx 57 after insurnace. I argued saying I never asked for it. They said they had to clean it up whether I liked it or not and that the next day was to clean up the remainer of the teeth. Now I confirmed with them that I wont be charged anymore and they agreed. Next day another cheater dental assistant works on my upper half of the teeth and she works on it only for 10 minutes or less. When she is done and walks me out, they then tell me I owe nothing. A couple of days later I get a bill from them that they have charged for 2 services when it was supposed to be just a routine check up which is free of cost. My Insuranace paid for only 1 service since logically according to them there was no need to take 2 similar services consecutively. I was very furious and when I called Advance Dental group about my charges, the bitch receptionist at Advance Dental Group refused to take the charge off. I could contest this and file a case but I had other things going on so decided to jsut pay off the balance of $50 and discourage many people from going to this place. If you ever have gone here, please be aware this place will cheat you and if you are thinking of going here please stay away from this place. Horrible place who are interested only in your money. I hope this place is shut down soon
