I just had a new pool built in March 2013 with the Blue Square Q360 in floor system and it does not work as advertised. \r
No one at Blue Square or Presidential Pools wants to help, they sent out a warranty agent who changed out just about all the heads and the system still does not clean the floor of the pool. Now they say there is nothing wrong with the system and they will not send anyone out again, warranty gone.\r
