Review content:
Things started out just fine in the beginning. Our Sales person was very helpful as well as the Lead Sales person who assisted the Salesperson to find us the car that could fit our budget and get my wife into a new Dodge Journey. We were turned on to a not pre-owned car but one that had been used as a loaner. Of course they compensated for the full tank of gas that was in our trade-in car by giving us a close to full tank in the new car. Also they somewhat cleaned the mess that was left in the new car by the previous borrowers of the car. I still had to pay $80.00 for it to be detailed. When things started to go downhill was when I had received a call from the dealership's personnel in finance department stating that the did not calculate correctly the payoff for our trade-in vehicle. So, I was asked to pay an additional $279.00 out of pocket just to get my title for our trade-in closed. After that had been settled we finally received our check to take to the tag agency to get tag and pay tax for our new car 5 days after the date expired on our paper tag. Not to mention I had to pay AGAIN out of pocket $79.00 to cover for the tag!!!!! \r
I'm not sure if my next vehicle purchase will be from this Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. I think I'll buy a Chevrolet.
