The process started off great, Garth did a really professional job when he came out to bid the job and help me decide which unit to purchase. The back end office staff misplaced the check I sent, after cashing it, but I had all my records and a copy of the check, so it got cleared up quickly. The next step was to have an installer come out and check out the job and then make an appointment for the actual installation. Glenn M. and Kody C. came out right on time and stayed until the job was completed in one day. Very professional guys and we are very happy with our new furnace.
