Room Concepts is one of my favorite furniture stores. Nathan the owner is a really nice guy and I love that they never pressure anyone into anything. The showroom isn't my style but he sells so many brands and has many catalogs to order from. \r \r I noticed in the other review they mentioned the quality wasn't as expected and I have to say I haven't had one problem with anything we bought. Nathan always says they sell all different price points of furniture so everyone can afford to shop At his store. I also know if I would ever have a problem I can call and it would be taken care of. \r \r Before Room Concepts I usually shopped at Restorations, West Elm and Zgallerie I have found most of the items you can get at those stores they can find you the same or almost the same items for less money. I just ordered 3 rooms of furniture. The beds are the same ones I found restorations but he had many choices for upholstery. The beds were on average 400-650 less then restorations plus I saved hundreds on shipping. I'm not price shopping when I look for furniture but I'm always surprised how much less he sells items at concidering it must be hard to compete with chain stores.\r \r 3 1/2 years ago I ordered a sofa from Arhaus. It was one of the higher priced sofas they sold and it is a mess the couch looks like we live on it and we probably sat on it less then 12 imes (living room sofa) so I'm replacing it with one of the couches from Room Concepts. When I took them the photo of my couch since I still like the style they showed me the same couch but with options of better stuffing for the cushions and more fabric choices. I have learned a lot about furniture over the past few years and most of the larger stores order from some of the same places Room Concepts orders from but they mark the items up twice as much. When my sister moved to DC she was on a little bit of a budget so restorations was not possible at the time. Most the items we were able to order in are the exact same and we paid thousands less. \r \r Make sure if you walk in and don't see your style go see someone who works at the store and tell them what you are looking for, you will be very suprised how many brands and items he can order. \r \r Besides being a great family owned business it's also a local store and I think it's important nowadays to support local businesses. I was referred to Room Concepts by a friend and I have been very happy with the quality, service and prices.
