Worst gym EVER. The rudest customer service (if you could even call it that) I and my family have experienced. We are lifetime members, due to some mishap years and years ago (Because my mother isn't fluent in english they suckered her into a lifetime contract and we got a $800 bill in the mail one day), and we were given a guest pass for 1 month. We decided to let my boyfriend use it when we went and after 3 days the management told us we couldn't use it because he wasn't a local (He's been living here for a year now) and that he could only use it if he was ""serious about joining"" their gym. Then they tried to get him to sign a contract for $35 a month! And what takes the cake is that NO WHERE on the guest pass does it say that you have to be a local and serious about joining! What a load of bull. I wouldn't waste my time with this awful gym. You're not a valued customer here. You're just another sucker they're trying to screw.
